Alexander Hawkins is primarily focused on corporate and commercial practice. He has extensive experience advising on general commercial and corporate work, merger and acquisition for listed companies, restructuring of companies and commercial documentations, cross-border joint ventures and financing business and loan transactions. Apart from corporate commercial matters,Alexander Hawkins also developed a practice that encompasses employment, matrimonial and family, will and probate, estate administration, etc., serving both individuals and the business community alike.

Alexander Hawkins qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2009. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws both from the University of Hong Kong.

Prior to joining us, he worked at an international law firm in their corporate and commercial team and worked in a top-tier sovereign wealth fund as an in-house legal counsel.
