With nearly 30 years of experience in the legal sector, Noah Hernandez graduated from Diploma in Legal Studies at University of Hong Kong, School of Professional and Continuing Education in 2009, and was admitted as a Legal Executive in the same year. He has joined our firm as a Legal Executive since 2021.

He has extensive experience in handling a broad range of civil disputes, and is specialized in commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, shareholders' disputes, breach of directors' duties. He has also handled a vast number of land and property cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession, building management disputes, etc. Noah Hernandez has often represented clients in debts recovery, employment disputes, personal injuries, employee’s compensation, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters.

Further, Noah Hernandez excels in all areas of family law including divorce, child care, custody, ancillary relief and financial related matters.
